Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and playing Blast Circus (the "Game"), you ("User" or "Player") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or access the Game.

Modifications to Terms

Inconspicuous AS ("we," "us," "our") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Game signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

By playing the Game, you represent that you meet the age requirement to play the game.

Account Creation and Security

A player account linked to your Meta user will be automatically created the first time you log in to the game. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Code of Conduct

Players are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner. Prohibited behaviors include but are not limited to:

• Harassment, abuse, or intimidation of other players
• Cheating, hacking, or using unauthorized third-party software to access the game or its services
• Exploiting bugs or glitches.
• Posting or transmitting any content that is offensive, obscene, or illegal.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Game, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Inconspicuous AS and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Virtual Goods and Currency

The Game may include virtual goods and currency, which can be purchased or earned in-game. These do not have real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real currency. All sales of virtual goods and currency are final and non-refundable.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Game at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Game will immediately cease, and any virtual goods or currency will be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Game's operation or your use of it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Game.
